Datatrac Lead Sheets are generated by consumers intererested in your products that complete a short form on a Datatrac Widget, Landing Page or on Datatrac.net.
Datatrac Lead Sheets are emails that can be sent to one or more email addresses in your orignaizations. For example, you may send mortgage inquiries to one address and deposit inquiries to another.
The best practice is to set up a distribution list such as leads@mycompany.com or mortgageleads@mycompany.com or depositsleads@mycompancy.com. This alllows you to assign and manage who is on the distribution list as people may change over time.
Datatrac also has the ability to route leads from different geographical locations and may be able to import leads directly into your customer ralationship management (CRM) software. Please contact your Datatrac representative for more information.
Datatrac Lead Sheet results may also be reviewed in excel or PDF formats with Datatrac Conversion Reports.
